Spring Trends: Textured Pencil Skirts

Anne Dreshfield, over at The Working Wardrobe, has just put up this article about the new Textured Pencil Skirt by Halogen, at Nordstrom.  It’s a 2013 Spring Trend and it is simply gorgeous.  Have a look:

The color is Green Dynasty.  It also comes in Blue Diver and Rose Tea Tweed.

Price: $69

Here are some less expensive skirts that I think would bring a similar pop to your spring wardrobe.

While not the bright green of the Halogen skirt, this Spence Textured Pencil Skirt from Belk is sure to turn heads this spring with it’s textured allure. And it’s only $16.99.

This wine colored skirt by BCBGeneration at Macy’s gives you a pop of color and the textured look.  It would be great for the office or for going out.  It’s only $39.99.

If it’s the green that caught your eye, you can find this Green Tulip Pencil Skirt at Piperlime for $19.97.  It would be a nice work skirt.

The least expensive green pencil skirt I could find was at Forever21.  It is a bright green color and would be fun to wear out at night, paired with some black booties.  It is only $12.80.

Do you like the bright pencil skirts for spring?  I really like the blue one at Nordstrom as well.

I seriously love the alternatives that you give. This pencil skirt from F21 is too cute! What a steal.
